One Delisle One Delisle rises from a square base at street level to become a 16-sided circular tower. This dynamic building architecture allows for generous outdoor spaces to spiral up the tower in a way that has never been seen in Toronto.

The Outdoor spaces are protected with solid privacy walls and have been designed to improve outdoor comfort and extend seasons of use.
